Local Deliveries 🚚

What are the Days and times of Local delivery?

The Local deliveries by us is being offered 3 days a week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday in the working Hours. i.e : 10am - 6pm.

If you place an order on the weekends it will be delivered right next to your door on Monday between 10am - 6pm. If the order is being placed before 10am on the choosen delivery days, your order will be delivered same day.

*Please note* : For the Local deliveries, Please fill out the accurate address for the deliveries and the Valid phone number for the ease of the driver delivering the order.

There will be 2 attempts to deliver the order to the respective addresses. In case of the inaccurate address and contact number, the order failed to deliver, you can pick it up anytime from the nearby location.

What is the range for the Local deliveries?

The Local delivery within 20km or 12.5 miles (from Petawawa Location) will be take place on 3 days in a week, as mentioned in the above Q&A. If your address lies between the 20km range the checkout cart will automatically pick shown up the option for the local deliveries.

Can you Deliver Raw foods as well?

In all the Local delivery orders we, will be delivering everything including raw foods as well. The Raw foods orders will be prioritised first and then the other orders will be delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

Wrong Product or Just Don’t Like it?

No hard feelings! We are happy to refund or exchange products for you. Make sure to contact us with an order number, as we cannot process your return without it.

Returned items must be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging, you will be responsible for the return shipping. You can either drop of the item at the store and get a refund or call the store in working hours.

Damaged or Defective Product?

We are so sorry to hear that your product arrived in this condition! We will pay for the return shipping on all damaged or defective products. Make sure to contact us with an order number, as we cannot process your return without it.

-Scissors/Shears

-Clippers/Trimmers & Clipper Blades

Not Satisfied with the Food?

If your pet doesn't like the Dry or Raw food. We are happy to process any return and exchange as all of the Foods are being garanteed.

Contact the store, with the reference or the order number and we will process the return or exchange of the Food.

Backorders

In the event that your order cannot be immediately fulfilled in its entirety, we will ship the items we have in stock and the remaining items will be canceled from your order and your money will be refunded for unavailable items. You may reorder once they become available again.
